course consists of the following elements:

A
substantial pre-course language awareness task, provided by the school,
and preliminary reading on teaching methodology are essential preparation
for the course itself.

attendance and completion of all assignments by the deadlines given is
a requirement of the course. Absence is only permitted in the case of
illness or other emergency.
