Employment opportunities

 At the end of the course we give you advice and information about finding work as an English teacher and also invite a former course participant to talk to you about his/her experiences after the course.

 Currently there is strong demand for English teachers in Berlin and elsewhere in Germany, particularly for those happy to work on a freelance basis, but it should be borne in mind that demand for English instruction can be affected by the general state of the economy.

 Very many of our successful course participants have subsequently taught at the Akademie für Fremdsprachen GmbH itself and at other reputable institutes and language schools in Berlin and other parts of Germany. Others have taken advantage of the very wide recognition of the CELTA and successfully sought teaching positions in other countries.
